  • How our "Free + Shipping" Works

    Because we work directly with specialized creators to keep our inventory costs at zero for you, we simply ask our customers to cover the Insured & Tracked Shipping fee. This fee covers the high-quality packaging, door-to-door tracking, and carbon-neutral transit required to get your "bloom" safely to your ward.

  • Order Tracking

    Every BadgeBlossom order is shipped with a unique tracking number. Once your order ships, you can follow its journey from our creator's hands to your doorstep. If your tracking hasn't updated in a few days, don't worry—it’s often just "resting" between major transit hubs!

  • Damaged or Lost Items

    Your shipping fee includes Shipping Insurance. In the rare event that your badge reel arrives "wilted" (damaged) or gets lost in the mail, we will send a replacement immediately at no extra cost to you
